Mill Bay Homes representatives will explain the sales process to you, offering support and keeping you updated on the sales progress from making the reservation through to sale completion. On the day of the legal completion of your purchase, a Mill Bay Homes representative will meet you at the property to demonstrate your home’s facilities such as heating and hot water systems, kitchen appliances, locations of meters, fusebox and water stopcock, ensuring that you are happy and comfortable with everything before you start living in your brand new home. You will also be provided with a home information pack, our 24 emergency contact number and details on the building warranty which we provide on all our properties.
We are sure that you will be very happy in your new home, but in the unlikely event that you are not our team will always be available to assist you to resolve any issues you may have as quickly as possible with the minimum amount of inconvenience to yourself.
